Run a workout
Review the workout, connect your device if needed, then let Kinni guide the session.
Running a workout turns the plan into a guided session. Kinni shows the workout structure, follows the blocks and splits, and uses your connected device data where available.
Before you start, check the workout details so you know what is coming. Dynamic workouts may need a current goal before they can calculate runnable targets.
- Open the workout from Workout Library, My workouts, or your active training plan.
- Review the chart, distance, duration, Focus, and workout structure.
- Connect your treadmill or sensor if the run needs device data or control.
- Keep the treadmill controls within reach.
- Tap Start workout or Run Workout.
- Follow Kinni prompts during the run.
- Stop from the app or treadmill controls if anything feels unsafe.
If Kinni blocks the start
Section titled “If Kinni blocks the start”Kinni may ask you to sign in, subscribe, set a goal for a dynamic workout, stop an active recording, or fix invalid split data before the workout can run.
