Use goals with workouts
Goals help Kinni suggest useful workouts and calculate goal-aware targets for dynamic workouts.
Goals make workouts more personal. They help Kinni understand what you are training for, suggest better matches, and calculate targets for dynamic workouts that should adapt to your current goal or target speed.
Use goals when you want Kinni to do more than store a fixed workout. A standard workout keeps the values you entered; a dynamic workout can use goal-aware values so the same structure stays useful as your training changes.
What goals affect
Section titled “What goals affect”- Focus can become goal-aware when Kinni has enough information.
- Goal filters can show workouts that look like a good fit.
- Dynamic workouts may need a usable goal before Kinni can calculate runnable targets.
When a goal is missing
Section titled “When a goal is missing”If a dynamic workout needs a goal, Kinni may show Set Goal before letting you run it. Set the goal, then return to the workout and try again.
