Sessions and data overview
Kinni sessions are completed run records you can review, search, rename, share, convert, export, upload, and sync with your account.
A session is the record Kinni creates after a completed run. It is where you review what happened, check whether the data looks right, and choose what to do next.

Kinni sync versus connected-app uploads
Section titled “Kinni sync versus connected-app uploads”Kinni cloud sync is for Kinni account data such as sessions, workouts, and goals. Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, and Health Connect are separate destinations for session data. If a session is present in Kinni but missing from another app, first check whether that destination is connected and whether the session was uploaded or synced through the expected path.
