My workouts
My workouts is your personal workout space for saved sessions, custom workouts, and Library copies.
My workouts is your personal workout workshop. It keeps the workouts you build yourself, the Library workouts you customise, and the sessions you convert into workouts before running again or sharing with others.
Use it when you want control: create a fixed workout, create a dynamic workout that can adapt from goals, edit an existing workout, run a saved workout, or publish one to the Workout Library.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Search your saved workouts.
- Sort by date, distance, likes, or runs.
- Filter by Focus, goal fit, workout type, date, or distance.
- Create a standard workout.
- Create a dynamic workout.
- Open a workout created from a completed session.
- Edit, delete, favourite, run, or publish a workout.
Create buttons
Section titled “Create buttons”Use the plus button to choose:
- Create a workout for a standard structured workout with fixed values.
- Create a dynamic workout when the workout should adapt from goal or target-speed information.
Sessions converted into workouts
Section titled “Sessions converted into workouts”If a completed run worked well, open the session and use Convert to Workout. The converted workout appears in My workouts, where you can rename, edit, tag, run, or publish it like your other custom workouts.
If you are looking for the completed run itself rather than the reusable workout, use Sessions instead.
