how to

Delete your Kinni account

Use this guide to request permanent Kinni account deletion and recover its status after your account access is disabled.

Use this guide when you want to permanently delete your Kinni account. Account deletion is a high-impact action and cannot be undone.

  • Sign in to the Kinni Account web portal with the account you want to delete.
  • Make sure you no longer need account-backed workouts, plans, profile information, or subscription access.
  • Remember that deleting your Kinni account does not remove data stored only on your phone, watch, treadmill console, or another device. Remove that data on the device separately.
  • If you only want to stop renewal, cancel the subscription instead of deleting the whole account.
  1. Open the account website and sign in.
  2. Open Delete your account.
  3. Read the personal-information, subscription, and device-data notices.
  4. Type the required confirmation phrase: delete my account.
  5. Select Submit request.

If Kinni accepts the request, account access is disabled immediately and you are signed out. Deletion then continues safely in the background; the request screen does not claim completion at this point.

Keep the same browser storage available while the request is in progress. The Account portal stores an opaque recovery token on that device before submitting the request. It uses that token—not your disabled sign-in—to recover the deletion status after sign-out, a reload, or a lost network response. Do not share the token or copy browser storage to another person.

Return to Delete your account in the same browser. The portal can show:

  • Requested or processing: Kinni accepted the request and is working through subscription reconciliation and server-data disposition.
  • Retry scheduled: a temporary dependency problem occurred. Kinni will retry automatically; the page shows when another check is due.
  • Review required: automated processing stopped safely. Contact support and include the displayed REVIEW_REQUIRED code and opaque support reference. The page does not expose the internal cause.
  • Completed: Kinni has authoritative confirmation that billing reconciliation and server-data disposition finished. This is the only state that claims deletion is complete.

Do not submit a second request while the original recovery status is available. If a request response is lost, the portal checks the original token before offering another attempt.

Kinni disables account access as soon as the request is accepted. Before completing deletion, it checks all Stripe subscription states, cancels recognised active subscriptions immediately, and verifies the final Stripe state. It then removes or anonymises account-backed server data in one durable operation.

Content that other people depend on may be retained only without an identifiable account owner. Kinni keeps a minimal pseudonymous deletion record and unusable account tombstone for six years to demonstrate and defend the completed request. They then become eligible for scheduled deletion. These records do not contain usable sign-in credentials.

The browser recovery capability becomes unavailable 30 days after completion and is then eligible for scheduled physical deletion. The encrypted confirmation-email destination is removed when delivery is accepted or reaches a terminal failed state.

NoblePro normally keeps payment and accounting records for six years from the end of the company financial year they relate to. A record may be kept longer only where a legal, tax, accounting, fraud, chargeback, dispute, investigation, security, or litigation obligation requires it. Stripe may independently retain payment records under its legal and regulatory responsibilities.

After server-side deletion completes, Kinni attempts to send a confirmation email. Email delivery may finish after the account status reaches Completed; an email-provider delay or uncertain delivery result does not reverse completed deletion.

Account deletion cannot erase information stored only on your devices. After the portal reports Completed, remove local Kinni data from each phone, watch, console, or other device you control. Uninstalling the app may also remove local data, depending on the device platform.

If the portal shows Review required, include only REVIEW_REQUIRED and the opaque support reference when contacting support. Never send your recovery token, password, browser storage, payment details, or screenshots containing private credentials.
