Workout details
Use the detail screen to understand the workout structure, Focus, metrics, and available actions.
The workout detail screen is your preview before committing to a run. It helps you understand what the workout is for, how hard it might be, and whether you should run it, favourite it, or customise it first.
Use this screen to compare workouts quickly without opening the builder. For Library workouts, it is also the safest place to decide whether to run the workout as-is or create your own editable copy.
