What are Library workouts?

Learn how Library workouts differ from personal workouts saved under My workouts.

Library workouts are ready-made workouts you can browse, run, favourite, or use as a starting point for your own training. They are useful when you want inspiration or a complete session without building one from scratch.

Some Library workouts are simple fixed sessions. Others may be dynamic and use goal-aware values. Open the workout details before running so you understand the structure and any goal requirements.

  • Library workouts are discoverable in the Workout Library.
  • My workouts are your saved personal workouts.
  • You can customise a Library workout to create your own editable copy.
  • Your copy appears under My workouts.
