Workout Library overview
Browse community workouts, find the right session faster, and turn a Library workout into your own editable copy.
The Workout Library helps you get moving without starting from a blank page. Browse workouts created for different training styles, open the details, then run the workout as-is or customise it into your own version.
Use the Library when you want inspiration, a ready-made session, or a quick way to find workouts that match your focus for the day. You can search, filter, sort, favourite workouts, and copy a Library workout into My workouts when you want to make changes.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Browse Library workouts in the Workouts → Library tab.
- Open a workout to see its chart, distance, duration, type, Focus, author, description, and structure.
- Search, filter, and sort the list when you know what kind of session you want.
- Favourite workouts so they are easier to find later.
- Customise a Library workout to create your own editable copy.
- Start a workout when you are ready to run.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”Library workouts are shared workouts. If you want to edit one, customise it first so Kinni creates your own copy under My workouts.
The Library is for reusable workouts. If you want to find a completed run, use Sessions instead. A completed session can become a reusable workout with Convert to Workout, then it appears in My workouts.
