how to
Edit or delete a workout
Keep saved workouts useful by editing their structure, prompts, and details, or deleting ones you no longer need.
Editing keeps your saved workouts useful as your training changes. You can refine the title, description, blocks, splits, targets, and prompts instead of rebuilding the workout from scratch.
Delete a workout when it is no longer useful, duplicated, or replaced by a better version. If you want other users to benefit from a polished workout, share it to the Workout Library before moving on.
