how to
Customise a Library workout
Start from a shared Library workout, adjust it for your needs, and save your own editable version.
Customising a Library workout lets you start from a proven idea and make it your own. It is useful when the workout is close to what you need, but the title, description, blocks, splits, targets, or prompts need adjusting.
Kinni saves a personal copy under My workouts. The original Library workout stays unchanged, and your copy becomes editable like any other workout you create.
Want a workout that adapts to your goals? If the Library workout is dynamic, check whether it needs a current goal before you run or edit it. See Use goals with workouts.
- Open Workouts → Library.
- Choose a workout and open its details.
- Tap Customise.
- Review the copied workout in the workout builder.
- Change the title, description, blocks, splits, speed, incline, distance, duration, elevation, or voice prompts as needed.
- Save the workout.
- Find it again under My workouts.
After you customise it
Section titled “After you customise it”- Run your copy from My workouts.
- Edit it again if the structure needs refining.
- Share it to the Workout Library when it is ready for other Kinni users.
