how to
Run or skip a planned workout
Use Run Workout to create a real linked session, or Skip to manually complete the planned item without linking a session.
The next planned item in My Plan shows the actions available for that point in the schedule. For normal workouts, Kinni can either run the workout or manually mark it complete.
Run a planned workout
Section titled “Run a planned workout”- Open Plans → My Plan.
- Expand the current week if it is not already open.
- Open the highlighted next workout.
- Tap Run Workout.
- Complete the run as normal.
Running from the plan links the completed session back to that planned workout. After the run, the planned item can show Session stats.
Skip a planned workout
Section titled “Skip a planned workout”Use Skip when you want to move past the planned workout without recording a session for it.
Skipping manually marks the planned workout as complete. It does not create a session and does not link session stats to that planned workout.
Complete a rest day
Section titled “Complete a rest day”Rest days show Complete instead of Skip. Completing a rest day advances the plan without recording a run.
