View training plan details

Open a plan to check the plan length, workout count, week-by-week breakdown, rest days, race days, and individual workouts.

Open a plan before starting it to see what the plan includes. The details screen shows the plan image, length, workout count, chart, tags, weeks, and the workouts inside each week.

  • Plan length: the number of weeks in the plan.
  • Workout count: how many non-rest-day workouts are included.
  • Plan chart: a quick visual summary of the plan structure.
  • Plan tags: race type or plan type chips when available.
  • Weeks: each week has its own description and workout list.
  • Workouts: expand workouts to inspect the structure before starting the plan.
  • Rest days and race days: these appear as special plan items rather than normal workouts.

A plan can include harder sessions, rest days, and race-specific workouts. Review the breakdown first so you know whether the schedule fits your current training, available days, and treadmill setup.
