Use My Plan
My Plan shows your active plan, current week, next workout, progress icons, plan chart, and actions for running or skipping planned workouts.
My Plan is where you follow your active training plan. It shows the plan name, plan chart, week breakdown, current week, next planned workout, and progress through the plan.
What to look for
Section titled “What to look for”- The current active plan appears under My Plan.
- The current week opens automatically.
- The next workout is highlighted.
- Progress icons show completed, skipped, rest, or race-day items.
- Completed planned workouts can show Session stats when a session is linked.
- The top-right menu can show History and End plan.
If you have no active plan
Section titled “If you have no active plan”Kinni shows No active plan with a Select a plan button. Use it to go to All Plans and choose a plan.
Offline behaviour
Section titled “Offline behaviour”If you are offline, Kinni can show the last known plan data or a reconnect message when no plan data is cached on the device.
