Training plans overview
Kinni training plans organise weeks and workouts so you can choose a plan, make it active, run scheduled workouts, and keep progress in one place.
Training plans are a Kinni app feature for following a structured set of workouts over time. A plan contains weeks, planned workouts, rest days, and progress so you can see what is next and what you have already completed.
Main plan areas
Section titled “Main plan areas”- All Plans: browse published Kinni training plans.
- Plan details: review the week-by-week breakdown before starting.
- My Plan: follow your active plan and run the next planned workout.
- History: view completed or archived plans.
Kinni supports one active plan at a time. Starting or continuing a plan makes it the plan shown under My Plan.
