Sign in to your user account

Use this guide when you want to sign in to Kinni with the correct account credentials.

• Use the email address linked to your Kinni account.
• If you changed your password recently, use the latest one.
• If sign-in keeps failing, do not keep retrying indefinitely — move to the reset flow.

1. Open Kinni or the Kinni Account web sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Use the password visibility icon if you need to check what you typed.
5. Select Sign in.

In the app, signing in unlocks account-backed features and lets Kinni sync supported data with your account. On the web account portal, signing in can take you back to the page you originally requested, such as Subscription or Invoices.

• Check that the email address is spelled correctly.
• Use the password reset flow if you are not sure the password is current.
• If the account has not been verified, complete the verification step before trying subscription or account-management tasks.
