Log into Kinni via web
Use this guide when you need to sign in through the web account portal rather than the main mobile app flow.
Use this guide when you need to sign in through the Kinni Account web portal. The web portal is mainly for account, subscription, invoices, and profile tasks; account creation still starts in the mobile app.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Use the same email address and password you use for Kinni.
- Open the account route you need, such as Subscription or Invoices.
- If you are redirected to sign in, keep the same browser tab open so the portal can return you to the requested page.
- Open the Kinni Account web sign-in page.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- Select Sign in.
- Wait for the portal to return you to the requested account page.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The account portal can redirect you back to the page that required sign-in. For example, opening subscription management while signed out sends you to sign in and then returns you to subscription management after a successful login.
If the web flow looks different from the app
Section titled “If the web flow looks different from the app”That is expected. The app is the main Kinni experience, while the web portal focuses on account-management tasks such as subscriptions, invoices, password reset, and account deletion.
