Manage your subscription

Use this guide when you want to review your current plan, check renewal details, choose a package, or open account-portal billing pages.

• Sign in with the Kinni account linked to the subscription.
• Complete account verification if Kinni asks for it.
• Use the same account in the app and web portal.

1. Open Profile in Kinni.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Pull to refresh if you have just changed your plan or payment state.
4. Review the active subscription details, plan options, premium features, discount information, card summary, and invoice link shown on the screen.

If you do not have an active subscription, Kinni shows the free tier and available subscription options. Users with special roles may already have premium access and can still choose to subscribe to support Kinni.

1. Open the Kinni Account web portal.
2. Sign in if prompted.
3. Open Subscription.
4. Review the active plan, renewal or end date, payment amount, discount, and card details if shown.
5. Use Invoices for billing history.
6. Use the cancellation link only if you want to stop renewal.

If you have an active subscription, Kinni shows the subscription amount, start date, renewal or end date, discount information when applicable, and saved card summary. If a subscription has been cancelled, it can still remain active until the shown end date.

• Confirm you signed in with the same email used for the subscription.
• Refresh the app subscription screen or reload the account portal.
• Check whether the subscription was already cancelled or ended.
• If you recently changed accounts, sign out and sign back in with the correct account before contacting support.
