How to get subscription invoices
Use this reference page when you need access to subscription invoices, receipts, or billing history for your Kinni account.
Use this page when you need a past invoice, receipt, or billing record for your Kinni subscription.
Where invoices appear
Section titled “Where invoices appear”Invoices are available in the Kinni Account web portal under Subscription → Invoices. The invoices page shows billing history for the signed-in account.
- Open the Kinni Account web portal.
- Sign in with the account linked to the subscription.
- Open Subscription.
- Choose Invoices.
- Select the invoice date to open the hosted invoice or receipt.
What invoices show
Section titled “What invoices show”The billing-history table shows the invoice date, tax, and total. Each invoice date links to the hosted invoice URL for that billing record.
If you cannot find an invoice
Section titled “If you cannot find an invoice”- Make sure you signed in with the account that paid for the subscription.
- Check whether the subscription was created under another email address.
- If the invoice list is still loading, wait for the account portal to finish fetching billing history.
- If no invoice appears for a recent payment, contact support with the account email and approximate payment date. Do not post full card details publicly.
