Extra details on beta or development builds
Section titled “Extra details on beta or development builds”Some non-production builds can show additional technical labels such as Target, Channel, App, or native Build. If you are reporting a beta or support issue, include those values too when they are visible.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”The app version helps support compare your device with the current store or beta release, confirm whether an update was applied, and reproduce issues against the right build.
When support details are automatic
Section titled “When support details are automatic”If you use Kinni’s in-app Feedback & support flow and choose to include technical details, Kinni can attach app, environment, device, and OS details automatically. You may still be asked for the visible version labels if support needs to compare screenshots or store versions.
