How to cancel your subscription
Use this guide when you want to stop your subscription and need a clear, direct path through the cancellation flow.
Use this guide when you want to cancel an active Kinni subscription from the account portal.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to the Kinni Account web portal with the account linked to the subscription.
- Open Subscription and confirm the subscription shown is the one you want to cancel.
- Remember that deleting your account is separate from cancelling a subscription, even though deleting an account also cancels active subscription access.
- Open Subscription in the Kinni Account web portal.
- Find the cancellation link in the active subscription details.
- Open Cancel.
- Read the confirmation text.
- Select Cancel my subscription.
- Wait for the portal to return to the previous subscription page.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”After cancellation, the subscription will not renew automatically. The subscription details show the date it will end instead of the next renewal date.
If cancellation does not complete
Section titled “If cancellation does not complete”- Make sure you are signed in to the account that owns the subscription.
- Reload the subscription page and check whether the status changed.
- If an error message appears, keep a note of the message before contacting support.
