How to add a Kinni promo code
Use this guide when you want to apply a promo code during the subscription or billing flow.
Use this guide when you want to apply a Kinni promo code during subscription checkout.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to the Kinni Account web portal.
- Open Subscription.
- Make sure the code is still valid and enter it exactly as provided.
- Choose the subscription package you want.
- Find the promotions or promo-code field in the subscription checkout flow.
- Enter the promo code.
- Apply the code before continuing to payment.
- Check that the selected subscription details update before you finish checkout.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”If the code is valid for the selected package, the account portal applies the discount to the subscription choice before checkout continues. If the code is attached to a subscription, the active subscription details can show discount information.
If the code does not apply
Section titled “If the code does not apply”- Check for extra spaces or different capitalization.
- Confirm the code has not expired.
- Confirm the code applies to the package you selected.
- If support gave you the code, contact support with the exact code name and the package you tried to use. Do not share payment-card details.
