Create a user account

Create your Kinni account in the mobile app first. The Kinni Account web sign-in page is available after that for account, subscription, and invoice tasks, but current account sign-up starts in Kinni so your profile, devices, and subscription stay connected.

• Install and open Kinni on your phone.
• Use an email address you can access.
• Avoid creating a second account if you may already have one.
• If you only opened the web account site, use the sign-up guidance there to return to the mobile app.

1. Open Kinni on your phone.
2. Choose Sign up from the account access flow.
3. Enter the email address and password you want to use with Kinni.
4. Claim a username when Kinni asks you to complete your profile.
5. Complete any account verification prompts shown by the app or sent by email.
6. Once the account is created, sign in with the same details in Kinni.
7. Return to the Kinni Account web sign-in page later if you need to manage subscriptions or invoices.

After the account is created, Kinni can save account-backed settings, show your profile username, and make subscription-only features available when your plan allows them. The account website does not replace the mobile sign-up flow: if you land on the web Sign up page, it tells you to open Kinni on your phone and choose Sign up there.

• If you already have an account, use Sign in instead of creating another one.
• If you cannot sign in after creating an account, use the password reset flow.
• If your subscription or invoice details are not visible on the web account portal, make sure you signed in with the same email address you used in the app.
